Garden centers and plant nurseries sell annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, vegetables and houseplants, along with soil, mulch, fertilizer, pots and tools. Independent nurseries often grow part of their own stock and carry varieties that do well in the local climate, while big-box garden departments compete on price for common plants. Wholesale nurseries and growers sell to landscapers and sometimes to the public at volume prices; tree nurseries sell balled-and-burlapped and container trees and can deliver and plant large specimens. Specialty growers focus on bonsai, cactus and succulents, orchids or native plants, and hydroponics stores sell lights, nutrients and systems for growing indoors.

Albany is in Oregon, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. Getting around Albany is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Oregon's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Great staff! Huge selection. Really everything you need and more. From beginner to commercial farming. Everyone is very knowledgeable about products and systems that will get you the best yield from your crops or having house plants looking their best. They also ship so you can online shop.

Josh is personable and knowledgeable about all things growing, in my opinion. As a first time grower he was very patient and explained what and how to grow my first veggies. He also suggested types of soil and fertilizers and when to use them. Honestly I had no idea what to even ask much less understanding the process and needs for success!! I’ll be visiting this store again soon.

This is a great, family owned shop. The lady that helped me was super sweet and helpful. They definitely want to earn your business. I found this shop when trying to find a dealer for Organic Matters Living Soil. This is my favorite soil in the world and unfortunately the only grow shop in Salem, OR closed, being the only shop in town to get it. All U Need has a great selection of soils and soiless products. Great selection of nutrients and supplies for hydro salt, or organics. Shops like these are disappearing. Please support this wonderful little shop. Stop by and see what they have for you. This will be my shop now.

Update: Owner would like you to believe the store front and Amazon platform are handled separately however the item was packed and shipped directly from his store by his employee...NOT AMAZON. Amazon had nothing to do with it besides collect the money. I only make time in my day for reviews when the service is SO poor, NO accountability is taken, and my time as a customer is given ZERO respected. If you make a mistake and handle it right you dont get negative reviews....just that simple!! Selling basic items on Amazon isn't difficult so sending the smaller/ lesser model and blaming the listing is a joke. Complete waste of time waiting for wrong item to arrive, printing/packing/driving to drop-off return, to then wait 7days for refund after it ships all the way back across the country. Thanks for sending a cheaper smaller unit and acting like its just no big deal to return. I hope this helps future customers decide if they want to gamble time and money with a shop that clearly doesn't care about their project.

These guys are great. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with this novice gardener 🍄💚 Their all in one grow bags and some of their other mushy stuff is even cheaper than Amazon. Overall, the store has a good vibe. I'll be back, thanks fellas ✌️
